Who we are
Reclaim is made by SaturnCube Technologies ("we" and "us"). By using Reclaim you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Apple's terms also apply
Reclaim is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of it. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement takes priority for the matters it covers.

Reclaim scans the photo library on your device, shows you what is taking up space, and removes or replaces only the items you select and confirm. Every removal goes through Apple's Photos system into your Recently Deleted album, where Apple keeps it for about 30 days. Reclaim cannot empty that album, and it never removes anything without a confirmation from you.
Your responsibility for what you remove
You decide what to remove. Reclaim shows figures and previews to help, but you are responsible for checking a selection before you confirm it, and for recovering anything you want back from Recently Deleted within Apple's window. Compressing a video or photo replaces the original with a smaller file. The original is recoverable from Recently Deleted for the same period; after that, only the smaller version remains.
The free allowance
Scanning, the size sorted library and every figure are free. The first 1 GB of cleanup on each device is free. After that, cleanup actions require a Reclaim Pro subscription. The allowance belongs to the device, not to an account, and deleting and reinstalling the app does not renew it.
Reclaim Pro subscriptions
Reclaim Pro is sold as an auto renewing subscription through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro active until the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Fair use
Do not attempt to work around the free allowance, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to break the law. We may stop providing the app to anyone who does.
No warranty
Reclaim is provided as it is. We work to make every figure accurate and every action safe, but we cannot promise the app will be free of errors or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of photos, videos or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Reclaim after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
